Exploring Scholarships & Bursaries
Our successful DiBi Career Conference was followed by a November workshop “Unlocking Your Future: The Key to Scholarships.” Led by Scholarship consultant Brittany Palmer, the afternoon had more than 30 people present (some teen girls and some parents) learning the ins and outs of bursaries, grants, scholarships, and how to access available funds.
Packed House at Dream it Be it
We had over 100 teen girls, 50+ amazing career mentors, and 20 Soroptimists at our Dream it Be it Career Exploration Day.
Here’s just a few of the professions we had in attendance: police officer, fire fighter, physician, nurse, baker, hot rod mechanic, electrician, politician, realtor, funeral director, entrepreneur, engineer, software designer, counsellor, and so much more!!!
